Overview
The doctor will thereafter give you an insight into your own history, your present situation as well as an individual treatment plan. Your treatment also includes a basic course in the philosophy and the life and dietary recommendations of Ayurveda.

Since most of our problems come from a reduced flow of energy in our bodies the first focus of the treatment is to rinse the system through a so called "Pancha Karma". As a whole it consists of five different cleaning procedures. Depending on your personal diagnosis, your "Pancha Karma" can consist of - oil massages, cleaning of kidneys, liver, intestines, stomach, blood and facial cavities.

Beside the Pancha Karma treatment Dalmanuta also offers the whole spectrum of traditional Ayurvedic treatments as well as acupuncture, reflexology and healing.
