Nestled amidst the cool climes of this beautiful hill country, Pancha Karma offers a nurturing and traditional experience, replete with treatments that have been passed down through generations.

A visit to the Ayurvedic Centre ignites the senses. Warm oil against the skin, the scent of local herbs filling up the air and the sound of fragrant steam rising around your body is what awaits guests at the centre.

Our Ayurvedic therapists offer tailor-made treatments, with techniques and herbal ingredients specifically chosen to meet each person's body type and lifestyle. Amaya Hills offers a team of male and female spa therapists trained and led by our certified Ayurvedic specialist.

The Ayurvedic centre is popular among guests for its complete Herbal Body Treatment - a combination of three Ayurvedic treatments: herbal oil body massage, herbal steam and herbal bath. These and other body treatments can be booked individually or enjoyed as part of our Wellness Programme, lasting from 3-21 days.

For a total wellness experience, guests could contact the front desk to customize a body-pampering experience. It’s best to check with the front desk when selecting treatments as some will depend on the hour of the day.
